The site reads a book to the child, the student can then read the book and even record themselves reading, then take a short quiz on the book. This is a WONDERFUL resource and I would LOVE for you to take advantage of it at home. The site is https://www.kidsa-z.com/main/Login teacher is : aaumann. Students then select their name and their password is the picture of the sailboat. Students can work independently, OR you can sit with them and have them read the books to you! IXL is another resource we have for you to use at home. Please take advantage of this math practice! Login information is taped inside their red folders. Your November family project letter will come home tomorrow. I will put an example of the finished project on Class Dojo tomorrow for you to see. Tomorrow is Walk to school day. Halloween is almost here! Students will be allowed the option to wear costumes for Halloween on Wednesday, Oct. 31st. Because it is a school day and students will be expected to continue their learning and studies, we ask that all students follow the guidelines below when choosing a costume. * No masks * No make-up * No blood * No weapons * No scary items or attire * Costumes must allow for movement and participation in all school activities including P.E., recess, and class activities * Students must be able to take care of their personal needs (restroom, eating lunch, etc.) independently while in their costume * Costumes must reflect characters that are appropriate for an elementary school
